2010 Cadet Registration Form

Please register me for the RVSOA Cadet class scheduled to begin in August 7, 2010. I will make my check payable to RVSOA for $120 to cover my cadet registration fee and my 2010 dues. ($30 fee/$90 dues). I will mail my check to Phil Thomas, RVSOA Treasurer, 27 Parsonage Lot Rd., Lebanon, NJ 08833-4612 by August 1, 2010. I understand that if I cannot attend the class as scheduled, I will be refunded my RVSOA Dues.($90). My Cadet Fee ($30) will not be refunded.
